The echo of my ancestors echoes in this valley.

Rita, my grandmother, was proud and strong, devoted to the land.
In the 70s, at the head of the agricultural consortium,
he built the winding roads to reach the olive groves,
which overlook the Trucco countryside and whose oil you can taste.

Ines, my great-aunt and great cook, was the angel of the hearth,
known for her cheerfulness and recipes
of the tradition he served in his restaurant “Bouganvillea”,
a few steps from Casa Buono, on this same street.

The Roja Valley, the countryside and the terraces
where we grow is our home.

Today, Antonio and I, Valentina,
we collect the legacy of Rita and Ines' work
continuing to weave the thread of a family story
which began here many years ago and which
We are happy to share with you.
