The Valle Roja Menu is not available on Saturday evening.
On other days, when available, it is preferable to indicate this at the time of booking.
Cancellations or delays
Cancellations or changes to the number of seats are accepted up to 24 hours before the reservation.
We'll contact you the day before to reconfirm your table. Reservations not reconfirmed will be canceled.
We kindly ask you to arrive at the restaurant at the agreed time.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, the menu will be shortened, but the price will be the same as the full menu.
